G Suite zorgt ervoor dat jij alle data van jouw bedrijf altijd veilig in de cloud staat van Google. Je maakt gebruikt van het vertrouwde Gmail maar mailt netjes vanuit jouw domein. Je naam zal dus niet zijn ik@gmail.com maar gewoon ik@mijnbedrijf.nl. Het is wel belangrijk om aan te geven dat de kosten afhankelijk zijn van het aantal gebruikers/e-mailadressen (in dit geval € 5,- per gebruiker / maand). Je heb in principe ook geen Microsoft Office pakket nodig waarin Word, Excel & Outlook zich bevinden maar kan gebruik maken van de online programma’s van Google (als je alsnog gebruik wilt maken van Word, Excel & Outlook kan je deze bestanden alsnog veilig in de cloud opslaan met Google Drive).
